We assist in building customers’ business by providing combined pre-sales support and after sales services. We have a full-time corporate chef and a completely-equipped test kitchen, both of which play an important role in the development and improvement of customers’ product. Our customers’ needs are handled by trained and professional salespeople who cater to their business requirements.
| In addition, HKR also has the biggest service network in the country, backed up by numerous satellite offices located in major cities all over the Philippines, and complemented by a separate network of third-party service providers. All service calls are processed by our in-house customer service center and then, farmed out to our Engineering Department, which comprises the biggest group in the entire organization. Together our satellite offices and service providers deliver fast and immediate services to all our customers anytime, anywhere. Our after-sales services comprise of genuine parts supply, preventive maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning, overhauling and refurbishing, warranty coverage of parts and labor, maintenance and repair cost analysis, training on equipment care and use, pull-out and delivery of equipment, parts and service advisories and one-stop type of service. |
